The lack of hot water and persistent heating system noise made for a frustrating stay!!! The breakfast options were also severely limited, leaving much to be desired!!!

This hotel was a strong match for a transient visit in Lebanon with very good value for money. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the quick check-in process. Bring a fan if you like cooler rooms.

Perfect for a quick getaway!

Staying here was a surprise. The place felt brand new and super clean. My king bed was beyond comfy, and the fluffy towels were a nice touch. Loved the breakfast setup for grab and go. One little hiccup was the traffic noise outside, but overall, it didn't ruin my stay!

Our stay was marred by a couple of hiccups. The AC in the room struggled to keep things cool even when set to 60 degrees, leaving us sweaty at 4 AM. We had to leave the door open to the hallway just to bring some relief, which is not ideal for security. Additionally, I ran into trouble with the lock on my door, taking over an hour for them to decide to move us to another room. Noise levels were higher than expected, as sounds from the hallway and footsteps above were pretty noticeable throughout our stay. The breakfast options also left a lot to be desired—an absence of hot items like eggs or bacon was disappointing, especially for an IHG property.

Outstanding customer service from the staff made the stay enjoyable, particularly the assistance for accessible room needs. The Clean, modern accommodations featured a large TV and excellent pillows, contributing to a comfortable experience. However, breakfast options were limited, and while coffee machines were available, the included breakfast could have been improved.
